Caryn built her professional foundation through an extensive career mastering a world-renowned methodology for developing confident communicators and high-performing leaders. She currently serves as Enterprise Learning Facilitator at Millennium Print Group (a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International), where she partners with leaders, HR, and operational stakeholders to build leadership capability across a diverse, fast-growing manufacturing workforce.
